Healthy eating is a important part of our health.If you don't eat healthy food you will fall sick very easily. You should eat more vegetables, fruit .... you should cut down eating junk food like potatoes chips, chicken wing,burger....If want to keep yourself strong and fit you have to excercise more . You must go to a gym 2 times a week like my aunt to keep yourself strong and fit or play outdoor.If don't eat healthy food you will be very fat like my consin and will fall sick very easily like I mentioned in the second line. if you don't like eating healthy food you can try eating them . I like to eat them and it very nice if you fried the egg with the vegetable. I hope you eat more fruit and vegetable.
